About Wellfield

Wellfield is a new neighborhood being developed by R. Yoder Construction that will be coming to the Nappanee community in 2023. With close proximity to downtown and direct access to walking and bike paths, residents will enjoy all that the small-town community has to offer.

The neighborhood will consist of villas, single-family homes, and estate lots. Homeowners will work directly with the development team to select the floor plan* and choose a selection of finishes to create a home that fits their family’s needs.

You do not need to join the waitlist if you want to purchase a lot, but the waitlist is a great way to express your interest in a lot at Wellfield. Joining the waitlist gives you a chance to get in line to purchase when lot sales begin.

Joining the waitlist in no way obligates you to purchase a lot, it simply expresses your interest in a lot.

Yes, there will be a standard HOA for the neighborhood and fees will be established before home construction begins.

Yes, there will be 2-story villa lots and single-story villa lots, and there will be a select amount of floor plans to choose from. More detailed floor plans will be available when lot sales begin.

We will have a number of floor plans to choose from to help the planning process. However, if a client has a floor plan in mind, the architectural review team will review and develop it to match the necessary standards to meet the neighborhood requirements.

Yes, the floor plan will be developed with direct involvement from the client and the architectural review team.

Once lot sales begin, contact will first be made to those on the waitlist before opening sales to the general public.
