Will there be an HOA fee?
Yes, there will be a standard HOA for the neighborhood with a $200 annual fee, in addition to
villa maintenance fees. -
Can I choose a floor plan for a Villa?
Yes, there will be 1-story and 2-story villas. Villa floor plans can be found here.

Can I customize a Single-Family home floor plan?
We have a number of floor plans to choose from, which can be found here. However, if you have a floor plan in mind, the architectural review team will review and develop it to match the necessary standards to meet the neighborhood requirements.

HOA Covenants
To protect the value of your new home and the integrity of the Wellfield Community, homes and properties are subject to a set of covenants. In general the covenants require minimum standards for homes, property amenities and outbuildings, ensuring good maintenance and quality over time for peace of mind.
